Cancellation Policy
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. As a result we uphold a strict cancellation policy. A payment of 50% and/or one night is required at time of booking. A 60-day notice of cancellation, prior to planned arrival date, is required for stays booked in excess of 5+ months before planned arrival date. For bookings made 3-5 months in advance, or planned during public holidays, a 30-days notice of cancellation is required prior to planned arrival. A 14-day notice of cancellation is required for all other bookings, prior to arrival date. Cancellations made inside of the stated minimums will forfeit the entire deposit.
