To better serve your needs, Bungalows 313 offers a variety of seating accommodation to accompany your group's time frame and budget.
The Courtyard: This unique area can accommodate groups of 10-100. Both private and secluded it exudes the aroma and beauty of the Tuscany region. There is a double-tiered water fountain as well as lush gardens throughout. The courtyard has several different table configurations that can be appropriately arranged to best suit your number of guests. Rental fee for the courtyard is $2500 for up to 5 hours. Heaters (2) are provided upon request. There is a 50% discount for a second event on the same weekend.
The Historic Brick House: A wonderful place to host a smaller event, the Brick House can accommodate 5-10 people. The room configuration allows a round dining arrangement. This is a private area perfect for an intimate event. Rental fee for the Brick House is $300 for the weekend days and $225 for weekdays.
